Barrel Night or Corner Table

     This looks like a bottom of a old barrel, but it was made to measure a half bushel of grain.   So I got an old milk separator stand and put them together to make a night stand or corner table. 

 You can display things in it, such as coal as I'm showing here.

Ships Wheel Light Fixture

     I've picked up ships wheels before but this is the oldest one yet.   I made a light fixture from it.

Its 36" across,  the chains can be shortened if needed. 

     The words engraved on the side of the wheel could be the name of the ship or the name of the captain of the ship.

What a great conversation piece - imagine the stories that could be told.

I spent Saturday afternoon working on this piece.

The handle detail on the draw is over the top.  

Theres quiet a few coats of paint on it.

Unique Shelves

Here are a few things I  made today - first, a set of skies for a shelf.  

Second, a suite case for a set of shelves. 

     And third, I bought this stained glass window on Sunday - it was missing glass from the middle, so I made a shelf in it.

Island with compost bin

     This was one part of a old counter top that came out of a old Wilkinson's store in Springfield West. I striped the top and gave it a coat of wax i also put a compost ben in the island its 28"wide by 48" long 33"high.

Old Crate makes great Woodbox

     Got a hold of this crate that a old cash register came in thought it would make a great wood box it belong to Wilkinson's store in Springfield West.

Hanging Pot Rack from old Cradle

     I picked this old cradle up yesterday. made a hanging pot rack that would hang over a island. its 2' wide by 3' long

 In the middle i used a old bread pan.



Multi drawer Cabinet

     Got these old printing drys trays and worked them in a cabinet. Would be great for a painter , fish flies,  or any artist.  Its 61" x h 22"deep 27" x w.  This is for sale.

 I clean up the handles with a wire grinder got them like new.
