Noah's Ark - Part 5

Got a week in on the ark today and did more painting on the ark.  I also carved out more animals.  I'll be back to the ark Monday.
Above: Kangaroos.
Above: Dogs.
Above: turtles made from beer caps and wire - they need to be painted yet.
Above: Ostridges.

Noah's Ark - Part 4

I spent the day adding some paint to the ark and carving animals.
Here's some of the carvings.  The elephant has coat hooks for the tusks and the trunk.

Noah's Ark - Part 3

I got two main coats of paint on the ark today and carved out 12 animals.  The last ark I made I carved 142 pieces - I hope to make as many for this one.

Noah's Ark

Just started a "Noah's Ark" today.   I did one about five years ago and thought I would make another one.
Here's my first day at it - I should have it done in two weeks and will post as I go along with the Ark.

Stepback Cabinet

I made this Stepback Cabinet for a client - they wanted it a full eight feet high.
I used old glass for the doors and have space for alot of dishes and plates.

His and Hers Wardrobe Cabinet

The dresser in the middle is an old pine dresser. Then I added two wardrobe on each side of it.  It measures 80" across - this piece is built so you can break them up also.
