I got this very large Dutch Oven recently from my friend Larry at Island Uniquities & Antiques in Cape Traverse. Yesterday we did some big cooking from french fries to chickens over an open fire!
"HANDS ON: ALIENS IN THE ATTIC. Wacky, fun, iconoclastic--these are the hallmarks of a folk artist, and P.E.I. Native Kerras Jeffery has them in spades". NATIONAL POST Jan/2011

Cat carved from Island Sandstone
My wife and I were on my ATV the other evening at our cottage and came across a flat piece of Island sandstone. I thought I'd try doing a stone carving for the first time. So I made up some tools and started carving a few days ago. I'm happy the way my cat turn out. I'll do another one when I find the right piece of stone.

RCMP & Moose
I've made these moose before and usually use wrenches and scissors for the moose antlers. I thought for the first time I would put an RCMP officer on one of them. The boots of the RCMP officer are made from an old cast iron wood stove grate shaker handle crank.

Cottage & Business Signs
I often make cottage signs - here's one I made for my own cottage.
I also made a sign for a new antique store in Cape Traverse that opened a month ago.
